Welcome to Generations One Kids, a program provided by JSC Lifestyle Management Inc. Before accessing and using our virtual video lessons, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms.
Generations One Kids provides virtual video lessons for educational purposes only. The content is designed to enhance emotional literacy, relaxation, stress reduction, emotional well-being, and growth mindset among students. These lessons are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or supervision.
Users, including teachers, must undergo training provided by our staff to effectively use the Generations One Kids Program in their classrooms. Proper implementation ensures optimal educational outcomes.
Generations One Kids virtual lessons and activities are delivered through Microsoft Teams and the Generations One Kids website. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connections are compatible with these platforms.
JSC Lifestyle Management Inc. owns the Generations One Kids Program, including all content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the program. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of program materials is strictly prohibited.
JSC Lifestyle Management Inc. is not liable or responsible for any reactions, events, or unforeseen consequences from participation in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, losses, losses, damage, costs or expenses as a result of technical issues and disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery or access to virtual lessons. Further, JSC Lifestyle Management Inc. is not liable for or responsible for any losses, damage, costs, injury or expenses related to any claim arising out of the delivery of this program.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the Generations One Kids Program. Any unauthorized use or sharing of account information is strictly prohibited.
JSC Lifestyle Management Inc reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Generations One Kids Program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
